How to use the Graduated Compression Stockings and Socks Shoehorn?

Follow these easy steps:

1. Sit on a firm, comfortable and safe surface.
2. Place the shoehorn on your leg or on a flat surface at your eye level.
3. Take the sock/stocking and place the heel towards your body.
4. Place the sock/stocking into the mouthpiece of the shoehorn, folding the elastic outwards.
5. Slide the sock over the shoehorn, passing it over the heel until you reach the toes. If your socks are toe-free, the heel should be in the center of the nozzle.
6. Position your leg at a 45° angle and place your toes inside the sock/stockings, then unfold the handles of the shoehorn.
7. Slide the shoehorn up to the knee or as far as the sock/stocking allow (in the case yours go up to the thigh)
8. Remove the shoehorn and smooth the sock/stocking over your leg, so that there are no folds.
9. Repeat the same procedure for the other leg.
