How to put on your Open Knee Brace with Copper Yarn?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Open the product and remove all Velcro strips.
2. Extend your leg in a sitting position and locate the center of the open kneecap on the knee.
3. Wrap the upper and lower ends of the neoprene around the contour of your leg and secure it with the Velcro straps at the back.
4. Stretch the four bands of the knee brace and fasten them with the Velcro on the back of the knee.
5. The fit of the bands must be proportional to avoid inadequate compression.
