1. Open the product, remove the Velcro from the elastic bands and remove the bands from the front pins.
2. Extend your leg in a sitting position and slide the knee brace up your leg, making sure the pins are on the front and the lycra is on the back of the knee.
3. To attach the bands, follow these steps:

• Pull the bands and cross them at the bottom front.
• Pull the X-shaped bands from the upper back and insert them through the side pins, adjusting them with the Velcro strips.

NOTE: Adjust the bands proportionally to avoid inappropriate or inadequate compression.
