1. Open the product and detach it from the Velcro, taking into account that it consists of two pieces.
2. Sit down and cross your affected leg over the other.
3. Place the first piece of the elastic band and adjust it with the Velcro around the ankle.
4. Place the gel pad under the sole of the foot.
5. Pull up the bands in an X shape and fasten them with the Velcro over the first piece.
