How to put on your Universal Open Anklet with Copper Yarn?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Open the product and detach the Velcros from the elastic bands.
2. Cross your leg in a sitting position and place the anklet as follows:

For the right foot:

• Wrap the band and secure it to the inside of the ankle with the branded Velcro.
• Pull the two bands under the curvature of your foot.
• Pull the upper back band and adjust it around the outside front of the ankle.
• Pull the lower front band and adjust it around the back of the ankle.

For the left foot:

• Wrap the band and secure it to the outside of the ankle with the branded Velcro.
• Pull the two bands under the curvature of your foot.
• Pull the lower front band and adjust it around the back of the ankle.
• Pull the upper back band and adjust it around the inside front of the ankle.
